Bywater to Speak at PASAE's
Annual Convention on March 16, 2007

Bywater Consulting Group is delighted to announce that Liz Bywater has been selected to speak at the Pennsylvania Society of Association Executives (PASAE) Annual Convention and Trade Show.

Liz will present: The Intangible Skills That Make a Good Leader Great: Because Good Simply Isn't Good Enough. Here's a quick look at what the attendees will learn:

What does it take to be a great leader? You know — the type of leader that inspires admiration, dedication, and profound commitment. The type of leader who makes his (or her) employees feel proud of themselves and the organization for which they work.

Why isn't "good enough" good enough any longer?

In this workshop you will learn what it takes to become a great leader. With practical tips and real-life examples, you will learn the difference between mediocrity and greatness, and how it really isn't that hard to be truly great leader of people.

The PASAE event will take place on March 16, 2006. The convention, themed "Victory Lane," will be held at the Radisson Penn Harris, Camp Hill, PA. The event is being held in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations and the PA Chamber of Commerce.  More than 300 association executives are expected to be in attendance.
