A high performing senior executive in the pharmaceutical industry looked to Liz to help him develop greater executive presence and gain recognition as a strong strategic contributor within his organization. Through coaching, he learned to balance his operational expertise with ‘big picture thinking’ and an intentional focus on developing and empowering his people. A senior leader in the consumer products industry sought coaching to become a more effective communicator in her dealings with her manager, direct reports and business partners. Working with Liz helped her gain greater awareness of what she was projecting and provided her with straightforward tools for refining her style of engaging others. In so doing, she was able to project a much-appreciated sense of urgency to her manager, while inspiring commitment from her team and partnership with colleagues.
